Welcome to STEAMworks Preschool in Essex
The STEAMworks preschool program, designed for children ranging from 2 years through 5 years, will introduce children to important concepts and spark their natural curiosity in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics. Students will learn from and be led by a highly knowledgeable and experienced team of early childhood educators who bring a passion for their craft and enthusiasm for teaching young children. STEAMworks is a critically important initiative for our schools and represents an excellent opportunity to combine Heartworks preschool practices, values and methods with a specific focus on STEAM exploration. Building on three years of success in providing an afternoon STEAM curriculum in the Heartworks Preschools, the opportunity to provide a full-day STEAM program is an important milestone for our students and families.
